      Pros

      The starting pay was decent, good location and brand new facility.

      Cons

      Nothing but a high school. No one knew of anything they were doing and training could have been longer. Health Insurance was extremely high and this is an Insurance co. They also didn’t place people in the right departments that they were experienced in.
