      Pros

      Extensive training program very well designed to prepare you for the job. The compensation is competitive and fair, especially combined with no cost insurance. They do offer a variety of other types of benefits.

      Cons

      Difficult to get time off as only very few people can be off on a given day. Management priorities can override commonsense in some day to day activities.

      Pros

      When I started here, I was in the help desk. Manager was great to work for, was supportive of my professional development, helped me learn other skills beyond help desk. Pay was above average for the industry. Wiki was well done, didn't have to learn 'tribal' knowledge. I had the ability to move up into other departments if I wanted and advance my career.

      The health insurance could have been better.
