Pros

Good place to learn Friendly coworkers High volume of different stories Close to Boston (easy path way to work in Boston)

Cons

Low quality and poorly maintained equipment Extremely low wages with insulting 1% "cost of living" increases There is no room for advancement Upper management really disconnected to their field workers Upper management is more concerned with corporate's interests than day to day work Very low levels of DEI, especially with a state that has a 25% population of Black and Hispanic people

Pros

Everyone is super friendly, it's un-paid and only for college credit. You can choose your hours and how often you want to go in and it can change as you would like - they're not strict. They just want to see you ask questions and work hard. You also get to create a reel of standups and pkgs. Feel free to shadow outside of you department as well - I went with sports a few times and really liked it.

Cons

I'm not sure if there's an interview round, I just submitted my resume and they took a chance on me.
