None that I experienced. Totally bad experience

Advance payment for Employee pass: They take advance payment which is the responsibility of HR. Extremely Long Notice Period: 6 months notice period requirement - unusually long and restrictive. Poor Benefits: • Only 7 days of leave per year (extremely low) • Low salary compared to market rates • No other benefits provided Severe Miscommunication Leading to Job Loss: HR promised a Dependent Pass for my family. I provided all required documents and even paid fees for the dependent pass application. After 2 months of processing, they suddenly informed me that 1 year of work is required before applying for Dependent Pass - information that was NEVER disclosed during hiring. Due to their misrepresentation, I resigned from my previous stable job and am now jobless. Unprofessional HR: HR is completely unresponsive and heartless. They will ignore your emails and concerns. Total lack of professionalism and care for employees. High Turnover: Check their LinkedIn - you’ll see that almost everyone has left the company. This speaks volumes about the management and work environment. Warning: Do not trust any promises made during hiring. Get everything in writing. This company does not honor its commitments. I will give 0 star.
