I really enjoyed worjking for WPCS, I never felt like an outsider, but actually a part of something bigger. I felt in control of my work and workday and as if I was a true asset to the company.

I don't have anything negative to say about the company.

WPCS is a union company (IBEW) and they work within the contract rules. They give employees the additional training they need that the union doesn’t provide. They try to keep the best people for a job on a job, but sometimes they need to shuffle people around to cover manpower demands.

I never have any issues with WPCS that couldn’t be worked out with the PM or the Operations Manager.
