      Pros

      It is no suprise that you will be over worked in the news business. However this station is one of the worst because they don't have the staff to handle the size of the market.

      Cons

      They are don't value their emoyees and treat people as if they are easily replaceable. Makes it a really hard place to stay motivated.

      Pros

      Absolutely amazing staff. Everyone who works there are friendly and inviting. The office is extremely nice and in a good location.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Say it louder for those in the back. More importantly - absolutely NO work life balance. You have a personal issue? Forget it. Family member passes away? When are you completing your goals? You are sick? Well you are coming in right? Family member with problems? Use your pto and beyond that - it’s unacceptable.
