      Pros

      Working here has been one of the best career decisions I’ve made. From day one, I’ve felt encouraged to take on new challenges, develop my skills, and grow both professionally and personally. The leadership team genuinely invests in employees’ success — through mentorship, training opportunities, and clear pathways for advancement. What I appreciate most is the collaborative environment. Everyone is open to sharing knowledge, celebrating wins, and supporting each other when things get tough. It’s a place where your contributions are noticed, and your career goals are taken seriously. Because of this, I’ve been able to achieve meaningful career growth and expand into new responsibilities that I wouldn’t have imagined a few years ago. I also enjoy the positive culture, where work-life balance is respected and new ideas are welcomed. Pros: Strong focus on career development Supportive leadership and team culture Opportunities to take on meaningful challenges Respect for work-life balance

      Fast-paced environment (which can be challenging, but rewarding if you enjoy growth)

      Pros

      Lots of support from management. I always felt like I was heard. Plenty of support from my teammates. The CEO is an amazing person.

      Cons

      Customers only reach out because there are issues with their sites; causing them to be upset most of the time. Tough job if you are not used to remote work.

      -Fully remote so can work from home -Work/life balance is great, I never take work stress with me after I log off.

      Cons

      -Management is unwilling to make changes at times, even when something can be optimized. -Some days can feel like you are overworked due to not enough staff to cover support queues
