Pros

Lots of support from management. I always felt like I was heard. Plenty of support from my teammates. The CEO is an amazing person.

Cons

Customers only reach out because there are issues with their sites; causing them to be upset most of the time. Tough job if you are not used to remote work.

Pros

-Fully remote so can work from home -Work/life balance is great, I never take work stress with me after I log off.

Cons

-Management is unwilling to make changes at times, even when something can be optimized. -Some days can feel like you are overworked due to not enough staff to cover support queues
