Our compensation philosophy is to pay competitive to market based on cost of talent data using high tech salaries surveys for benchmarking. We review our salary ranges on an annual basis and then conduct an annual salary planning review for market and merit adjustment increases. In regards to work load, we're always working to improve the employee experience while also maintaining our award winning customer service levels.
