As a family business with low turn-over everyone is friendly, supportive, and willing to help each other. The company supports local non-profits. There is strong work/life balance. The benefits are great and covered by the employer. We have a clean and secure building. The way the company responded to COVID-19 was reassuring. People are a priority.

Vertical growth is minimal, but if you are willing to grow across departments there are good opportunities.
