      Pros

      World listens to our ideas and suggestions to make our working experience better in every kind of way and trys to implement the ideas when possible! I have personally grown my skills and my career here! The PTO time is amazing as well as the 401K plan. World also does so many things to show their gratitude to us!

      You will have short workdays but paid for full 40hrs

      Pros

      Small people outnumbered good professional ones, so if you have no class and happen to enjoy a petty culture, you will find a good fit there.

      Cons

      A very wicked female supervisor was promoted to her level of incompetence. She uses fear based control to keep people in line with her. If you happen to be a jerk, you will follow her, if not, she will bully you and team up with her "agents" in the company to create conspiracies against you until the day you are out.
