      Pros

      Small people outnumbered good professional ones, so if you have no class and happen to enjoy a petty culture, you will find a good fit there.

      Cons

      A very wicked female supervisor was promoted to her level of incompetence. She uses fear based control to keep people in line with her. If you happen to be a jerk, you will follow her, if not, she will bully you and team up with her "agents" in the company to create conspiracies against you until the day you are out.

      Pros

      Company truly cares about their employees. Have done an incredible job ensuring the safety and well-being of employees during this pandemic. The benefit package is rock solid. The company sponsored 401k plan 100% matches the first 7% of employee contributions! The facilities are extremely clean and well maintained. Employee continuity. Company gives back to the community through financial donations and employee involvement. Customers include those with cutting edge technologies.

      Due to small size of company (approx. 100 employees) and continuity of employees advancement process takes time.
