Pros
- Coworkers are generally talented and good to work with - Benefits are alright for an agency - Work life balance is good for an agency. You are not expected to work more than 40 hours unless Infosys gets involved... - Generous with in-office expectations when it comes to hybrid work.
Cons
- There've been tons of layoffs over the past year and a half. At least 3 - 4. - Salary isn't good, for my experience I'm probably getting paid 60% to 70% of what I could be making on the market. - Infosys can be terrible to work with. They like to play politics and encourage bad hours. - Partially my experience but the clients tend to not be great or generally just bland. The work output can be a reflection of that.
