Pros
There are a few gems here. Although, the numbers are dwindling.
Cons
The opinions in this review come from a high-performing former Wongdoody employee, who after several years left on their own accord. I aim to remove emotion from this review and will not recount specific examples, so as not to legally involve myself or others. It is my opinion that certain occurrences within the walls of Wongdoody would be viewed as ludicrous by those who have an iota of self-respect, myself included. It is my opinion that the office culture was oppressive, with outbursts from senior leaders and late nights and weekend work disguised by an 'excellent work/life balance' that did not exist in practice. It is my opinion that growth opportunities were limited, with tenure being valued more than impact or talent. I believe assignments were repetitive and offered employees little to show for their time of employment. It is my opinion that I was not paid at or near market value, but was labeled as greedy for any indication that I desired fair pay. It was a really, really draining, challenging, painful, traumatizing time of my life.
