      Pros

      Everyone cares. Exceptional support from regional staff. Honesty and transparency are the most likely paths to promotion within the company.

      Cons

      High expectations. It isn't exactly a con, with the right frame of mind, but the regional team expects you to meet and exceed goals.

      Pros

      I'm new to this company, just shy over a year and I still enjoy coming to work every day. The support and training from the management team is beyond what other hotel management firms offer.

      Cons

      The cons are the company manages hotels and 19 states and therefore I personally do not get to see my "co-workers" but again, we are a Family so ZOOM it is. They are still supportive even from afar
