      Some time in the month end process is challenging I get chance learn new things and skills in that time It's very good to learn new things

      The pay is okay. The benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Never give raises. Micromanaging. Bereavement pay is 2 days for immediate family. PTO is minimal. No opportunity for growth/upward movement.
