1.There is no work-from-home policy, even when the nature of the work does not require coming to the office. 2.On a yearly basis, employees receive 22 Privilege Leaves (PL) and 12 Restricted Holidays (RH). However, RHs also require manager approval. This can sometimes be challenging because even on our own festival days, we may need to arrange a backup or remain available for work.
