Good that it got acquired by Capgemini so that the policies and people get revised. The old and existing management is worst. The policies are lame. Managers lack skills and hire over-qualified candidates at the time of the hiring. Those are planning to join WNS do not get fooled by their fancy website as everything is the discretion of senior management and they create a boundary between employees and leaderships so that they can fool all of them. Denali is the worst team amongst all. Please run away when you hear Denali-procurement anywhere around your role. The worst set of people with no sense of professionalism are there. Some people are there from past 5-7 years and they think they own the company and these are hopeless people. Do not join this company under the payroll of WNS.
