      Pros

      They have a level structure within operations - I started at level 1, once I complete a checklist of experience I get to level 2 and I get a dollar increase on my hourly rate, same when i get to level 3. Then lead hand, supervisor and manager - there is potential

      Work is rotated but can be a bit repetitive

      Steady amount of work to be done. Great co-workers

      Cons

      Not allowed to express your own beliefs. Promised many opportunities to grow inside the company but would back out days before signing. Poor communication from senior management. Low morale throughout all staff
