Pros
There aren't many, but this is a great place for beginners to cut their teeth in the industry. Mistakes are overlooked, and they hire anyone regardless of their skill set.
Cons
Management is inept in communication, which is ironic for a communications company. The organization is ran by the real owner's son, and has no business running the company. Multiple labor, FCC, EEO, and OSHAviolations are overlooked and taken advantage of. Most of the employees stick around due to fear. Recently, they've been hiring personnel with no background in the field, due to lack of applicants that will work for the wages offered. Raises and performance reviews are not given, ever. Most promotions are not merit based, but "battlefield promotions" and job titles are modified to avoid advertising employment openings. The overall environment is extremely toxic and ripples throughout every aspect of all operations. News coverage is dictated by sales, and if a company refuses to advertise with the company they will be black-balled in any news coverage.
