      Unorganized leadership. Lots of quick turnover. Upper management is extremely old school/stuck in the past

      Very nice people. They cover medical 100% as well as give you a place to live with discounted rent.

      Cons

      Team members are expected to be on call every other week, low pay, no performance reviews, no advancement
