- There is no clear communication or guidelines given by the partners - Unreasonable requests made by the partners and expect you to complete tasks on areas you are completely unfamiliar with - One of the partners act like they are emotionally unstable and cannot contain their anger and will continue to scold at you even when they know they are in the wrong - The way this firm works is completely different to other firms and they expect you to have a certain 'role' in the firm and you have to check every step of what you do with them. They do not trust you as an employee. - You have to report what you are doing multiple times in a day which actually affects your efficiency and is a waste of time - If you want to ask them questions, you also need to Whatsapp them in advance before knocking on the door. Ridiculous!
