Pay is very low Some voices are prioritized way more than others Constantly changing schedule (and often asked to stay late but told not to take overtime) Reporters go through pointless pitch meetings when stories have clearly been decided ahead of time Constant turnover, everyone seems to be viewed as disposable (despite the “the station is a family” narrative) Shows were hard to do, content was not dependable and too much was left up to last minute which left people scrambling
