Lot to list. I'll keep it simple. Rainy days. No proper accommodation provided to staffs. No proper food. Employees are asked to sleep on floor. Cheap bed sheets and pillows provided. Transport arrangements are very poor. They cover that off saying "employee safely first". But employees are asked to stay back, extend shift, sleep on floor and continue shift. Definitely not a good message.
