      Pros

      The title, literally. There are places where you work for a salary. There are places where you work for their work culture. There are places you work for their cafeteria and free lunches. This isn't any of those places. WLDD is a place where you work to slay. You work to break the internet. You work to dominate your field. If reading this makes you go 'What the hell? Why would you work like that for someone else's company?' then this place isn't for you. I have been here four years and I feel this is the most misunderstood company on this platform. Is the work a lot? Yes. Are the clients demanding? Yes. Is the workplace toxic? No. I am all for work life balance. And I do not disregard people who want it. However, this isn't a place for them. This is a place for those who want to break the internet. This is a place for people who want to make a name for themselves and do not want to send a lifetime doing that. This is a place for people who want to get to the moon in a hurry. Anyone who has given their all here has been rewarded. There's a reason every agency in the attention business has a person from WLDD heading it. So there's just one pro really, hustle hard, climb fast. All while doing cool stuff.

      Your work-life balance will take a hit. No corporate-like benefits. Lack of a proper leave structure.

      Pros

      - Really Growth opportunities if you are honest to your work. - fun culture with memorable annual offsite/trips - Founders and COOs are approachable....no corporate drama - Freedom to explore/experiment and learn. - You will get to work with creative minds/creator/memers thats the best part.

      Cons

      Reliability on slack while clients and major work is on whatsapp. It becomes difficult sometimes
