Pros
The small group teamwork was very collegial. I enjoyed working with my small group of co-workers. Many of the people have worked there for many years and have seen the company go both up and down in fortune. Senior engineers have seen many different managers and styles through the years.
Cons
The cross-functional teams is where there were more problems. There was little or no increase in compensation over several years. More and more of this company is being out-sourced and it is difficult solving problems at a long distance. This company closed their fab and went to a fabless model and test was sent overseas.
