Pros

The Security Staff in the lobby are nice and can count on a smile from them every day! Wish I could say more, but struggling to come up with another "Pro".

Cons

Absolutely the worst database system ever! Whoever accepted that work product clearly did not/does not have a clue how to manage data. Opportunities to advance are non-existent. Adequate training for position is slim to none along with any opportunity to cross-train. Written work process and procedures are outdated and incomplete to the point that they are virtually useless. Also concerning is that nothing is private. Unable to trust one single person. Shared a benign personal event in passing and next thing I know I'm forced to talk with HR staff about things that are none of their business. I'm so paranoid now that it's probably less stressful to be homeless! I have witnessed other employees being bullied as well. They're pretty slick about it...so subtle that most don't recognize the signs.

Pros

One of the best things at WIRB is the opportunity for growth. There's so many different aspects of the company to learn about, and there's opportunities to learn all of them, and make more money doing it! Also, the flexibility has been a huge factor in me coming back to the company. The management and HR were not only understanding to my medical situation, but they bent over backwards to make sure that I could work, and take care of my family and health.

Cons

One thing that I can say that has room for improvement would be the way that training is handled. I think that there should be a better system in place to help people learn their jobs, whether it's the temps, or the full time employees. But that's about it.

Pros

There were not any benefits to working here.

Cons

This company abused the fact that I was young and eager for a salaried position. They basically expected all salaried people to work 24/7 and be available no matter what. The workload was ridiculous and the pressure unreal. I actually stopped working there because they drove me into disability. They told me that I could either take long term disability or be fired. It was totally unethical.
