      Pros

      I work with one of the business unit from WIR Group, and mostly people here are expert with experience, what I like the most is the pay I receive is net pay and they didn't gate keep innovation and the leader are superb at leading and creating comfortable work environment

      Cons

      No salary increment, no yearly bonus, no sales commission

      Great company to learn and explore. Given a chance to started new position. Friendly co-workers and also the right place for intern who willing to develop new skills
