      Flexible time and family-like atmosphere.

      Cons

      Underpaid, poor benefit, too much internal drama. Employees are always in a position of guilt. The company never appreciates employees in any form. Sometimes have to do the work outside the job desc. No room for career/skill development at all.

      Great company to learn and explore. Given a chance to started new position. Friendly co-workers and also the right place for intern who willing to develop new skills
