      Unfortunately I can’t find a pro

      Zero structure, NO feedback on performance. Project managers have zero scheduling skills and treat you like they are better and NEVER answer calls. Worst employment experience of my life to the point it made me rethink my career in the trades.

      flexible time frame clear instruction

      favouratism despite work ethic low salary base no yearly rise whatsoever,if it comes its always lije 15c to 30c per year
