Cons
Management cares about them self -one of the owners is the most unprofessional Owner i have ever met. As an office staff you are constantly micromanaged. Treats employees like they are beneath them. the GM is ignorant and discriminates against everyone. Staff get treated like garbage. No appreciation. Office hours are 8-5pm - staff are expected to be on call every 2-3 weeks. VERY high turnover. Compensation is terrible. They underpay all employees.
