Pros

Free lunch on Friday.

Cons

The lady behind me cried every day from the abuse she received, the managers in the Michigan office are unhinged and have borderline anger issues. The owner has the social skills of a rock, and the team in NJ is basically just concerned abut not getting yelled at by anyone.

Pros

Great work environment, wonderful co-workers, great customers and great products. Treated with respect and asked for input and feedback. Always looking to improve and for what's next.

Cons

Continuing to grow as a company and sometimes there aren't enough hours in the day or people in the office to get it all done.

Pros

Free lunch on Fridays. Health benefits.

Cons

This is the most dysfunctional company I have ever worked for. The people at the top are downright cruel and borderline abusive. You will be given no training and then disciplined when you inevitably make mistakes. Processes are drawn out between multiple departments and things are constantly falling through the cracks. Inventory is deliberately kept low, but staffers still have to take orders for products that are out of stock and then bear the brunt of customers who feel that they have been lied to. Every branch of management will give you a different set of directions, and you will be lectured if you try to have a conversation about what your instructions actually are. When you use your best judgment, the managers whose directions you didn't follow, will discipline you. Employees are in a constant state of stress and near-fear because no matter what they do, someone will find a reason to scream at them. The pay seems good if you're coming from something like a retail job (and of course you'll jump at the opportunity to work in an office setting) but it's absolutely not worth it for the amount of stress and abuse you'll have to deal with.
