Pros
The North Macedonia team is overall great, supportive, skilled, and easy to work with, becase there are really good people eager to work and achieve something, but however, there are a few exceptions among those who are closer to the middle and upper management and tend to tell their own “stories" and spread a negative culture.
Cons
There is a significant amount of internal politics among both employees and management, so even if you are a diligent worker and deliver good results, it doesn’t necessarily lead to recognition, promotion, or a salary increase. Communication can also be inconsistent at times, which creates confusion and affects motivation.
