Pros
It's a decent introductory position. For the most part, most of the staff is friendly and you get the experience you need. Living in Topeka is nice, it's a decent town.
Cons
Management isn't the best at packaging or communicating. Can come across as very angry more often than they probably should. Also the pay is pretty awful. I understand it's an entry level position but considering the duties of the position it's pretty low.
