Micromanaging is the way the leadership works in the company, stemming from a lack of experience in leadership overall. The CEO has good high goals that are inspiring, but in execution he's created a single-decision-maker company, which is not sustainable.
The Return to Office push is sloppy and short-sighted. It negates the fact that people have lives and jobs are just one part of that. No one is quiet quitting, that's not actually a thing.
