      Pros

      Variety of client base, good location, reasonably attractive space.

      Cons

      Not a creative-driven agency, wildly erratic layoffs without warning, incredible disparity in compensation, and I actually experienced one of the partners relishing in the notion that she had made someone cry.

      People can be nice and no one that is very terribld

      Cons

      Severely disorganized and everyone is confused on what to do because swim lanes aren't established People are getting laid off after decades due to poor management decisions
