      There is nothing positive about working there

      Cons

      Very poor safety record. Owners care about their giant homes while the employees are expected to work themselves to the bone. Won’t spend money on upgrading equipment. Only buy used equipment.

      Pros

      The project is new, allowing for a large deal of customization for designing the system.

      Cons

      The lack of permanent employees at the company means you constantly have to look for new candidates who can carry the project forward. This means a good deal of your time must ensure that someone else can carry the workload when your time is up as an intern.
