Pros
Although it’s a toxic environment, there are a lot of hardworking people. On top of that, the set is nice.
Cons
Toxic management team. Must conform into the 7News way, or they’ll steamroll you. Don’t expect to put your stamp on anything. It won’t happen, although they’ll tell you otherwise. Trust me, it won’t happen. It’s a very cliquey environment, and HR isn’t any better. If you decide to work there, make sure you’re a part of the union or I would never step foot in the door. The morale started to plummet shortly after the station lost its affiliation. Ratings were starting to slip in certain shows.
