Welcoming and well structured - Senior Account Manager WGSN Employee Review

I've never worked for an organisation with such strong internal processes and procedures (without being overbearing). The onboarding training has been excellent, even fun! Working for a global organisation brings tremendous international insight, but can sometimes feel isolating. Working from one of the "smaller" hubs, this certainly hasn't been the case and I've been made to feel welcomed and encouraged to present my real self at work.
