Pros
It is a very nice company to work! We are able to improve abilities in many ways in both professional and personal levels and we are also able to be in contact with many different cultures and people, witch is very good as a life experience. I believe it is a very supportive company as well.
Cons
It is a job that is not limited to the office time. Many times we have to invest more time then our day-job is suppose to have, but I still think that the hard work is worth it.
