Pros

The training covers the essentials, and the equipment is up to date. It's hands-on work, and while there may be very busy days, it never gets overwhelming. Team members take safety seriously and constantly share tips on staying out of harm's way. Management checks in regularly so you can bring any questions or issues to its attention without delay.

Cons

Site rotations sometimes disrupt routine.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s great to hear that you’re gaining strong practical experience through technical work, testing equipment, and problem solving, and that the collaborative team environment helps you feel supported. We’re glad the learning opportunities, along with the pay and benefits, are contributing positively to your role. Pros

The other technicians actually knew what they were doing, which made the work itself manageable.

Cons

- The real issue is the person in charge, who was promoted without any real management experience and it shows in every decision. - It is clear the selection had little to do with capability and more to do with appearances or personal preference rather than actual skill. -There is no understanding of the work, no understanding of the team, and no understanding of how to manage people. - Instructions come from above that are confusing, contradictory, and completely lacking any real direction or planning. - The result is constant confusion presented as structure, while employees are left to deal with the consequences. - Watching someone struggle in a role they are not qualified for while everyone else absorbs the fallout becomes exhausting very quickly.
