Yes, turnover is a consistent challenge in the AEP professions. There is a constant need for talent and it has created a significant need for our skillsets. The positive side is that it’s created meaningful salary increases that is very healthy for our business long-term. The downside, is the turnover challenges our desire to maintain a culture of belonging and purpose. While we do expect industry turnover to moderate, the focus on national infrastructure funding and needs will keep our associates in the “wanted” state for many years. David Wantman
