Innovative company - Urban Designer/Planner WGI Employee Review

Wow! Thank you for the review and for the recommendations. Yes, you work in a WGI office with one of the youngest average age demographics that provides opportunities and at times, presents challenges. We embrace the youthful enthusiasm from our young professionals, and the mentoring from our senior staff. WGI is executing our strategic plan to further diversify our work and client mix in TX, so look for even more opportunities. I am so curious on the comment related to transforming the office from early 2000’s into 2020+. The local team was quite verbal on their desire to maintain their office environment when WGI entered the picture two years ago. As such, and except for COVID protocol, we’ve worked diligently to not change the environments in our Texas offices.
