Great projects come to WGI because great people attract great clients with unique opportunities to fulfill their dreams. Great people attract great projects and the result is a growing and thriving firm. Office space planning is particularly challenging for two types of firms- those that are contracting and those that are growing. WGI is very fortunate to be a decades long growth firm and with that success comes the challenge of predicting whether we will have enough space, or be caught in tight quarters while we await new floor space. From a business perspective, no firm with sound leadership wants to pay for unneeded space on leases that can have 10 or more years of guarantees. That bleeds significant capital that is better used for benefits, training, employee recognition, healthcare incentives or our incentive compensation plan.
