Thank you for your comments. WGI is proud of our work environment and we strive to create a safe, comfortable, challenging and rewarding space for professionals to collaborate. Great projects come to WGI because great people attract great clients with unique opportunities to fulfill their dreams. Great people attract great projects and the result is a growing and thriving firm. Office space planning is particularly challenging for two types of firms- those that are contracting and those that are growing. WGI is very fortunate to be a decades long growth firm and with that success comes the challenge of predicting whether we will have enough space, or be caught in tight quarters while we await new floor space. From a business perspective, no firm with sound leadership wants to pay for unneeded space on leases that can have 10 or more years of guarantees. That bleeds significant capital that is better used for benefits, training, employee recognition, healthcare incentives or our incentive compensation plan. Thanks for voicing your concern and it's something we continue to work on getting right.

Pros

Excellent benefits, departments are very cooperative, professional environment, fair workload, good company morale, and encourages professional/educational development and business innovation.

Cons

Room for improvement with downstream communication, some departments are more rewarding to work in than others, growth and potential of promotion is strictly limited by education or certification level and much more difficult to accomplish for lower level employees, and very little to no SOPs in place for certain procedures.
