Pros

At WGI, Inc. (aka. The Wantmangroup), the strength and value of teamwork is priority one! From the coworkers in my department, the staff from other departments, as well as the supervisors and managers at ever level, I've NEVER worked with a more supportive group of people. The goal to do quality work and improve the success of the company (especially including the individual employees) is a commitment and labor shared by everyone. Why? Everyone shares in the work and directly benefits from WGI's success and achievements. We enjoy not just your run of the mill "benefits" but also a lot of other perks and company events that are above and beyond the anything I ever experienced elsewhere...(AND that includes 3 years working at Walt Disney World, Orlando)

Cons

Due to the field in which we all work at WGI, it is necessary to coordinate with outside contractors (other companies), county employees and even the occasional client who might try a person's patience and make the job harder. In situations like that, its WGI's teamwork and friendly support structure that helps use see the toughest jobs to a satisfactory completion.

Thank you for the kind words and the comparison to Disney World- long recognized across the globe as one of the great places to work. Being in the service profession, we often must deal with difficult clients and owners. If we remain focused on offering cost-affordable and timely solutions, it normally goes a long way in driving satisfaction.

Pros

Excellent benefits, departments are very cooperative, professional environment, fair workload, good company morale, and encourages professional/educational development and business innovation.

Cons

Room for improvement with downstream communication, some departments are more rewarding to work in than others, growth and potential of promotion is strictly limited by education or certification level and much more difficult to accomplish for lower level employees, and very little to no SOPs in place for certain procedures.
