Pros

Best workplace to make a career in casual games . The company really cares about their people and for their growth and well being. The management is transparent and has an open door policy where everyone has their say and can contribute on different levels. Here are some perks making it all great - - Daily Breakfast/lunch and unlimited snacks - Great benefits with 100% coverage - Unwind yourself in the game lounge , they truly believe in work hard play hard ! - Celebrations - Birthdays , Halloween , Christmas - they celebrate almost everything , party is always on ! - Great location in the middle of the downtown ,easy to commute - Flexible timings During the difficult times of COVID , they reformed their policies and assisted everyone to work from home . The management left no stone unturned to assist each employee with this transition providing any help they could . Be it infrastructure or anything required at home to make you feel comfortable , they ensured it all . Still remember they also hosted a nice virtual party for me to say good bye ! I can say I had a great time working with Wgames and I wish the team all the best !

Pros

My coworkers in my team were all super friendly and chill, very willing to help each other out.

Cons

Besides the people in my team, I don't really get to talk to anyone else. During meetings, it feels like you don't really have a voice because it gets overshadowed. There wasn't really an HR department, only a fiance, so it's a bit of a mess. When voicing problems to " HR" we'll have to keep bugging them repeatedly until we get any reply. No matter what work we did, during company meetings, they would never get recognized, we kind of get pushed to the back seat. Even the head of my team doesn't get much of an opportunity to talk.
