Pros
It's been a few weeks and I have to say that this is one of the best places to work for. We've got so much to do. We're in the heart of Toronto. We've got a lot of passionate people. Management cares. They want us to grow. But also we're challenged on a day-to-day basis that makes me ENJOY going in to work every day. I love how flexible and kind my manager is. Because that mentality makes me want to do my best, perform effectively, and do the best for this company. I have never felt so motivated in my life before. Because I believe in this team!

Honestly, there are no downsides! I absolutely love it. There are challenges with being fairly new. But we're getting ourselves out there. We're being led by top executives and we're moving in the right direction.
