      Pros

      Some freedom in the work, and ability to do lots of things. I was able to make good contacts for outside jobs.

      Cons

      Terrible management, just couldn't see the dollars for the pennies they could make. They would hardly ever make a change, and when they did, they felt they needed to blame someone for something being wrong.

      This is a nice environment to work. Had my position not been eliminated I would liked to have worked here as long as possible.

      Cons

      This being a non-profit organization, salaries are low.

      Peaple are really busy so no real teaching is going on you are mostly on your own.
