very flexible if you have personal stuff to deal with like taking care of family or college, kind approachable management, full wfh low supervision if you dont have any experience is a good place to start but other places might pay better easy recruiting process it was 1 interview literally
Cons
They pay low and always try to low ball the pay, they will promise good bonus but they end up paying a small percentage, quite cheap company.. dont expect any special compensation it is salary, a basic insurance and thats it
