Pros
The lower level people are fantastic. My direct chain pushes for work life balance. The workspace was for the most part drama free. Any drama that did arise was handled quickly and professionally.
Cons
Senior Leadership is chaotic. Changes aren't well communicated resulting in blind sides to development teams. While I was able to have work life balance others weren't - some had to get on over the weekend and work into the morning hours due to deploy/release issues
